althought I run after our readings, I want to write something I experienced.
I was nearly a week off, walking at whitsun. And after, when I was back and read “Week 5- Light Transmission of Knowledge ( especially paragraph 3, and exactly “For example, is there a knowing dimension in TSK Ex.34. – Embodiment of Knowledge?) I said spontaneously: Yes, there is! And not only in Ex. 34 or in me, the perceiver.
It was a surprising experience during the “walking-days”. From first day and step I felt pain and musle ache, in my lower back (round the place of the belt), because the heavy weight of my backpacker. I was afraid that it becomes worse, perhaps I must break off the tour.
I remembered Ex. 34 TSK. and started the circulation method. It became better and better, flow and warmth came up and every time when the focused energy flow down the spine and through perineum, I breathed out and let the musles of the back go. What a relief! More and more musle ache diminished. I forgot it and after some minutes I started again. And one important aspect from ” Going without Going” I added. With breathing out I “hand over” weight. Everybody who did this exercise knows this ” getting more light”.
On the last day I was well. This is my answer to your question: Yes, there is an “Embodiment of Knowledge” and a “Knowledge of Embodiment”. At least, this is my understanding.
