I like the image of the box, which is presented in DTS on page 9ff. It seems to be helpful to me. Trying to be mindful about the non-content-layers I found myself during the last week very often being catched in the box of workconcerns (object of thoughts, emotions..) with a very agitated mind and sensations of tension in the body. When I was doing the Expanding-practise I often got tired or lost, sometimes the sensations in my body got stronger, often I felt my breath or some narrowness in my chest, sometimes the objects of the thoughts became like clouds in the sky drifting away or they became more urgent …but there was an underlying sense that the box could be opened or even taken apart, that the world is much bigger. The feeling of that “underlying sense” was somehow liberating and I could relaxe a bit more, my experience could become a little bit more richer.
