languaging sub-personalities

I am finding it useful to speak to clients about “ways of knowing” or “vantage points”. Every way of knowing has a view of the world and a view of the self. Every way of knowing contains thoughts, feelings and perceptions.

In this manner separate personalities are not possited, instead knowing becomes central to all ways. As one identifies with knowing one can appreciate sub-personalities as perspectives in time.
